More Contemptible Concepts: Handicapped Parking
It seems that every third space is now some handicapped space. Truth be said, about 80% of them are at most disabled by lazy fatness. Even someone with a mental disability or just HIV can get a plate. The bar is set so low these days. All it does is encourage people to hype any potential disability in order to not only get plates but cash in on lucrative social welfare freebie programs. Like those so called parents who get their brats on psych med so they can con Social Security Disability payments. Don't mind that those drugs may screw your brat's head up, some BS shrink who goes on expensive drug company sponsored junkets will prescribe them for your kid.
