More Annoying Things: Automatic Lights
In concept it isn't such a bad idea to have some of those automatic lights that light up when something moves in front of its sensor. But leave it to the usual mindless assholes who leave them set too high so that a car or someone walking in the road, not on their property, causes the light to turn on. Even more contemptible are the brainless vermin who put them near a flag or some easily swayed branch so a breeze will guarantee their stupid floodlight goes on and off all night.
